AI Enthusiast

plusone social impact is looking for an AI Enthusiast to help us develop AI tools within the agency and create solutions for our team and client projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Testing various AI tools and finding ways to apply them in the agency’s work
  • Working with LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other tools
  • Helping the team automate routine processes: research, strategies, communication products, document management, etc.
  • Building simple AI solution prototypes using vibe coding, no-code, or low-code tools
  • Setting up prompts, AI assistants, knowledge bases, and simple automations
  • Testing solutions, finding bugs, improving logic, and bringing ideas to a working format
  • Writing clear instructions for the team

What we’re looking for:

  • Interest in AI, automation, and new digital tools
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs
  • Ability to assign tasks to AI, work with context, review and improve outputs
  • Readiness to quickly build simple solutions, test hypotheses, and not be afraid to fail
  • Basic technical literacy: understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, variables, and scenario logic
  • Ability to independently learn new tools and find solutions
  • Systematic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex things simply
  • An interest in communications, strategy, marketing, or agency work is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, or similar tools
  • Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Python
  • Experience building bots, AI assistants, knowledge bases, or automations
