UKRAINE2EU Programme launch

The European Union, the Lithuanian Central Project Management Agency (CPVA), 2025

Ukraine, despite a full-scale war, is preparing to become part of the European Union. To help it with the complex and ambitious task of preparing for accession, the EU, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden launched the Ukraine2EU Programme, which will support the Ukrainian state authorities in managing the EU accession process and implementing related reforms.

In order for stakeholders in Ukraine to understand the specifics of Ukraine2EU, the Programme had to clearly communicate its own identity, goals, and ways of supporting Ukraine even before its official launch.

For this, we developed a comprehensive communication strategy for Ukraine2EU and provided communication support for the official launch of the Programme in April 2025: we created the necessary materials, supported interaction with the media, and prepared a video about the event.

With our support, Ukraine2EU announced itself on the pages of “European Pravda” – the №1 Ukrainian media on the topic of European integration.

We also supported the launch of the Programme’s own communication channels – pages on Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. In the near future, the official Ukraine2EU website will also appear, which is currently under development.
