Ivano-Frankivsk’s strategy was designed to guide the city’s ongoing development along its key priorities. However, for a strategy to be effective, it requires engaged participants who are committed to driving change.

Thus, we have established a communication ecosystem aimed at attracting all potentially interested stakeholders. Through the launch of a landing page and PR efforts at both local and national levels, we have facilitated the participation of local businesses and authorities, community initiatives, the cultural environment, educators, and researchers in the development of the strategy.
