Ombudsman of Ukraine

During the full-scale war, the role of the Ombudsman of Ukraine became exceptionally vital. The Ombudsman is tasked with protecting human and citizen constitutional rights and freedoms. Which requires a consistent and trusted image as someone who can be of help.  

We’ve developed a communication strategy aimed at enhancing the visibility and public perception of the Ombudsman among Ukrainians. The strategy and its visual identity are based on in-depth interviews with target audiences and stakeholders. The materials were shared through mass media and social platforms.
